Surya Electronics was founded with a single purpose — to manufacture reliable, affordable power electronics for the Indian market. Starting from a small workshop in Delhi, we have grown into a full-scale manufacturing unit supplying products across all major Indian states.

Surya Electronics is founded in Delhi with a focus on consumer electronics accessories. We begin manufacturing power solutions for CD/DVD players, radios, and home electronics — learning the fundamentals of quality power supply manufacturing.

Phone Chargers & Small Adapters

As India's mobile revolution exploded, we expanded our manufacturing to include phone chargers and compact power adapters. This phase built our expertise in miniaturised power supply engineering and high-volume production.

SMPS Adapters & CCTV Power Supplies

India's CCTV and networking boom arrived — and we were ready. We launched our range of regulated SMPS adapters and CCTV power supply boxes, quickly becoming a preferred supplier for installers and system integrators across India.

Our manufacturing facility in Shahdara, Delhi operates with a structured quality process that ensures each Flero SMPs product performs exactly as specified — every single time.

Component Sourcing & Incoming QC

All components — capacitors, transformers, PCBs — are sourced from verified suppliers and tested upon arrival before entering production.

PCB Assembly & Soldering

Precise PCB assembly with controlled soldering processes. Each board is visually inspected before moving to the next stage.

Electrical & Safety Testing

Every unit is tested for output voltage accuracy, current rating, over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal performance.

Burn-In & Final Inspection

Products are run under load conditions (burn-in testing) to eliminate early-life failures. Final visual and functional inspection before packaging.

Packaging & Dispatch
